WHO I AM
Tahmina İsmailova
I work as a sworn translator in İzmir and advise on migration procedures.
Most of my work is with people who hold the document an institution asked for, but have no idea where to start. First we work out what is required, then we do it in order.
Your documents are not a folder to me. They are your move, your wedding, your studies or your job.

HOW IT WORKS
Five steps, no surprises.
- 01
Send the document
A readable photo on WhatsApp is enough to start.
- 02
Agree on the scope
Which institution, which document, which approval — we settle it in writing.
- 03
Translation and check
Names and numbers are checked against the document a second time before handover.
- 04
Stamp and certification
The sworn translator stamp, plus notary approval where the institution requires it.
- 05
Handover
In person or by courier. Digital copy on WhatsApp.
COMMON QUESTIONS
What people ask before writing
How is a sworn translation different from a regular one?
A sworn translation is made by a translator who has taken an oath before a notary, and carries that translator’s stamp and signature. Official institutions expect translations in this form.
Is notary approval always required?
No, it depends on where the document is going. If the institution asks for notary approval I handle that process; if not, the sworn translation is enough.
Do I have to bring the document in person?
Most of the work runs remotely. I tell you upfront when the original has to be seen.
What is an apostille and do I need one?
An apostille is the certificate that makes a document valid abroad. Whether you need one depends on the destination country and institution — I can check and tell you.
What if my name is spelled wrong in the translation?
I follow the spelling in your passport. Names and numbers are checked a second time before handover, so a detail like this does not send your file back.
How long does it take and what does it cost?
I give you both upfront, once I have seen the document and know where it is going. No extra charges appear later.
